Is Fantasy Gaming legal?

Please ensure that that activities the user engages on the website is legal as per the applicable state laws.

All games being offered on the site are the ones which are considered to be legal in the way that they have been structured. The structure, mode and the manner in which the games are being provided, which is also the intellectual property of the platform has been authorized by some of the top Constitutional, Criminal, Intellectual Property and Information Technology law counsel of the country. It is also approved by some of the top Corporate Law Firms, having PAN India presence.

iGamio clearly disclaims liability for any risk or loss which could take place by results not going in favor of the user after the participation in specific leagues.

1) Can the User Name be changed?

- Unfortunately, we do not have any provision to change the username. Apologies for the inconvenience.

2) Can the Contact Number be changed?

- Only in case of a lost/changed/misplaced SIM you can contact (Official mail)

3) Can the Email Id be changed?

- Your Email Id, once registered at the time of account creation cannot be changed. Do give a thorough look while entering you Email in order to avoid complications.

4) Can the Team Name be changed?

- Unfortunately, we do not have the provision to change the team name.

5) I do not remember what my User ID was. What's should I do next?

- Follow the steps: Click on the iGamio App. Login with your registered email id.

6) In case of deactivation of account, will there be any provision?

- Please send a mail to (Official mail) with the subject of 'deactivation of account'

7) Can the First and Last name be changed in my profile?

- There is option of editing your first and last name on the App.

8) Can my Date of Birth be changed?

- To be a member of iGamio the user has to be 18 or above. Since the PAN details submitted to the App get stored in user's account, the user first has to update or change the details on his PAN through ethical measures.

9) I've accidently selected the wrong gender while registering. How can I correct it?

- Follow the steps: Go to the 'Account' section, click on 'Profile', Select 'Gender' and 'Submit'

10) Can my address be updated?

- Though the address proof is taken as an option of verification, the user has the option of changing it in a hassle free way.

11) How can I get rid of promotional Emails and Texts?

- Click on 'Unsubscribe' which is present at the lower side of the mail. Once done, the user will no longer get promotional content. To stop receiving promotional texts, contact (Official Id) and make your request. (Promotional offers are for the best interests of our users and can benefit them with several rewards)
